DELIVERY OPTIONS

UK Delivery

EDINA RONAY offers the following UK delivery options:

Deliveries are usually shipped within 2 days of purchase. Please allow up to 7 working days for Standard delivery. Deliveries of the goods together with shipping advice, receipt of payment and Returns form, are usually made between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that the above estimated delivery times are for stock items only. For our made to order items the delivery times may be up to 4 weeks, as your items will be hand knitted / hand finished to order. As soon as your order is ready, we shall ship the item to you and notify you by email that your order has been dispatched. If you require your order by a specific date please email us at info@edinaronay.com and we will inform you if this is possible.

Deliveries to the more remote areas of the UK may take longer than periods stated above. Goods will be delivered using either Royal Mail or other Classified Carrier. Goods can only be delivered upon a signature of receipt. Please note that where there is no person present to receive the goods at the designated delivery address at the time of delivery, a card to request a new delivery time and date will be left.

International Delivery

EDINA RONAY deliver to a number of international destinations. If you don't find your country on the drop down menu provided when placing your order, please email us and we will try to arrange this for you.

Our delivery options are as follows:

We aim for your order to reach you as soon as possible. Please contact us if you have not received your items within three weeks of dispatch. Please note that our made to order items will take longer, as your items will be hand knitted to order. As soon as your order is ready, we shall ship the item to you and notify you by email that your order has been dispatched. If you require your order by a specific date please email us at info@edinaronay.com and we shall see if this is possible.

All of our prices given are inclusive of VAT, at the current UK rate. VAT is not chargeable on deliveries to countries outside of the European Union. If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes that you, the customer, will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused during destination customs clearance processes.

During exceptional periods such as sale times and holidays, but particularly in the period leading up to Christmas and New Year it is accepted to expect variations on above quoted delivery times.

All of our delivery services will require a signature on receipt.

Redirection of Consignment

Please note that once dispatched our carriers will apply a surcharge should the parcel need to be re-routed to an address different from that specified at the time of order placement. To avoid this surcharge it is recommend that all orders are addressed to a place where a signature will be available during the above specified delivery times.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Edina Ronay accepts returns or exchanges for any products sold on the Edina Ronay web site.

The customer must inform Edina Ronay of  intent to return and the reason why by emailing customerservices@edinaronay.com within 7 working days from date of delivery. Edina Ronay can only accept returns and make refunds for items received back at Edina Ronay Return Department within 14 days from the date of delivery to customer.

UK customers can use the prepaid returns label enclosed with your order. International customers are responsible for all cost of returning purchases to Edina Ronay.

When returning purchases, all customers should complete the returns form which was sent with their order. In order for Edina Ronay  to refund purchases, items must be returned to Edina Ronay in the same condition in which it was received, enclosed in the original packaging.

Customers have a legal obligation to take all reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If customer fails to comply with this obligation, Edina Ronay may have a right of action against you for compensation.

Edina Ronay will usually refund money received from customer using the same method originally used by customer to pay for purchase within 5 working days from the date of receipt of returned item.

VAT & TAXES

All our prices given are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), at the current UK rate of 20%.

VAT is not applicable to Orders delivered to countries outside of the European Union; an amount commensurate with the applicable rate of VAT will be deducted at the checkout stage and before your transaction is processed for payment.

Orders to be delivered outside the European Union, may attract import duty and local sales taxes that you, the customer, will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These taxes and duties vary from country to country and the rate of duty and customs charges are set by your country's government.
